Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The role is responsible for cost and process governance in Group Technology and ensure sound financial governance. Analysing and compiling data from multiple sources and pulling it all together into one output.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prioritizes work on team deliverables and key initiatives.
  • Builds optimal team dynamics
  • Promotes creativity and innovation in the team
  • Establishes process and workflow standards in area of specialization
  • Resolves dependencies between associated functions.
  • Provides strong and timely financial and business analytics information to key stakeholders
  • Develops actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Guides creation of an effective practice framework and guidelines
  • Has a track record of driving uplift in an organization's practice, highly visible in the internal community

  • Hands-on experience in creating MI to provide insight to stakeholders
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of finance experience with minimum 5+ years of experience in relevant role
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, MSBI
  • Excellent analytical and data-interpretation skills
  • Strong team player and team management skills
