  •  The Research Manager will manage research activities in Research (a core component of FABRIC). This team ensures UX research, insights and best practises continue to make a positive impact on the bank's customer experience.
  •  The ideal candidate is curious about people and their engagement with technology, and has exceptional behavioural data analysis skills. He/She will ensure UX research methods, insights and best practises continue to add measurable value to key digital projects for the bank. Many of the projects are focused on digital & product experience including customer testing, focus groups, field research, quant and trends.
  •  The Research Manager will have an entrepreneurial spirit, is a strong leader and team player, with the ability to build influence and evangelise research methods across the bank. With a strong focus and passion for turning research data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Experience in UX Research and/or Interaction Design
  •  Experience applying a balanced mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Delights in answering questions with data.
  • Experience in prototyping tools like Invision for creating wireframes, sitemaps, flow diagrams
  • Passionate about industry and UX trends, sharing or applying them where feasible
  • Well-verserved in human-centered design principles
  • Excellent presentation skills 8. Impeccable personal time management
