FAB EAIWS IEC is looking for a Infra Project Analyst with experience and passion in building project management team. You will be a technical leader and exemplary practitioner.

FAB Infra JIT PM you will help establish technical standards and drive FAB’s overall Small/Medium Project Management practices. You are expected to deliver efficiency and service enhancements for EAIWS.  

You will need exceptionally strong technical skills, strong business acumen, analytical skills, and be able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. 

• Accountable for Small/Medium project planning, staffing, budgeting, risk management and Service Owners relationships.
• Interface and influence leadership including management of business expectations and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and Service Owners expectations.
• Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution.
• Work collaboratively with team members across functional teams. Ability to drive and facilitate discussions and activities across functional teams.
• Work with the vendors project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.
• Builds confidence and trust with Service Owner and stakeholder.
• Escalating issues and risks when required.
• Strongly and clearly communicate project progress and overall status reporting.
• Proactively define and offer solutions to issues.
• Managing timeline, scope and milestone delivery.
• Structure quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysis; Identify implications of data and analysis with the team; Prioritizing issues, analysis, and solution creation.
• Assess Infra process re-engineering, implement new process and drive execution and delivery on those.
• Create concise high quality reports, presentations/ power point deck, communication materials for senior management. Articulate key messages in high quality visual PowerPoint presentation.
•  All Infra JIT Momentum Projects co-ordination of CRs from Service Lines

• Manage relations, JIT project management, budgeting and analysis.

• Develop JIT project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• JIT Momentum projects scope to include UAE and international regions for EAIWS

• Create and maintain bare minimum mandatory JIT project documentation

• Identify Smaller/Medium Projects with service owners, prepare Project Brief and agree on budget & timeframe.

• Identify and prioritize potential JIT momentum CRs: PMO Project CR, IRR CRs, Ops Initiatives CRs, Service Line CRs, Reporting/Regulatory CRs

• Track and report all JIT projects to ensure delivery on-time, within scope and within budget

• Measure JIT project performance using Clarity systems and suitable techniques

Minimum Qualification

• A   Bachelor's in    Computer Science and/or Master's degree in    business administration, computer science, information science or related field
• Project Management (PMP) or equivalent
• AWS or Azure certified 

Minimum Experience

• Min. Graduate, Master preferred
• Total IT delivery experience of 10+ years
• Min 5+ years of experience in delivering projects in banks in role of project management
• In  depth knowledge of banking & Infrastructure technology is  essential and experience  of  working with  cross functional team
• Good stakeholder management capability and worked with senior management
• Experienced in managing the team size of more than 10-20 people
