Develop and implement best practices in QA and Release Management Governance across the unit and department / division.

Generic Accountability

• Senior Engineer as part of the Core Delivery team aligned to a particular service
• Develop best practices in QA and Release Management Governance
• Develop Metrics and Data Analytics relevant to projects/initiatives
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and functions e.g. Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and DevOps  
• Utilize tools within the eco system of the organization to like – JIRA, Power BI etc. to ensure stakeholder engagement
•  Own the end to end delivery of various initiatives under Engineering Governance
•  Develop, document, and improve current quality gate audit process and assist the Test Engineering and Enterprise Quality teams in improving standards, templates, techniques, and metrics based on industry best practices.
•  Implement improvement and root cause analysis techniques.

• Hands-on experience in Xtreme Programming, Pair Programming and Agile methodologies Overall experience – 12+ years
• Good Experience in the areas of QA and Release Management Governance
• Good Experience in deriving Metrics and Data Analytics
• Strong Experience in managing Agile Delivery End to End. Certification in Agile would be preferred
• Have good understanding of Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and DevOps
• Have knowledge of  application landscape for a bank
• Work with various stake folders to drive Governance around best practices in QA and Release Management
• Tools experience like – JIRA, Power BI etc.,
• Experience of playing Scrum Master role in prior engagements
• Own the end to end delivery of various initiatives under Engineering Governance
• Develop, document, and improve current quality gate audit process and assist the Test Engineering and Enterprise Quality teams in improving standards, templates, techniques, and metrics based on industry best practices.
• Experience with continuous improvement and root cause analysis techniques.
