Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To service and retain the existing client base; produce presentations, attend client meetings & ensure timely delivery of reporting, focusing on institutional sales and KCG clients

Support the sales team is asset raising initiatives through internal, third party and international channels

To facilitate and own the take on process with new clients

To provide the RMs/SRMs with the required tools and support to fulfil their roles in growing AUMs and revenues for the bank

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Attend to Asset Management clients’ telephone and e-mail inquiries in a professional manner.

Service and maintain existing clients to exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Liaise and coordinate with the other FAB departments to develop a seamless relationship to better support and service existing clients.

Undertake all aspects of the role to adhere to CFA Code of Practice and specifically work with the Compliance to ensure privacy and confidentiality over clients’ information and investments.

Contribute to the development of new investment products and services by identifying new opportunities through encouraging client feedback and listening to client comments.

Responsible and assisting in completing client take-on-processes as per policies and procedures.

 Handle all matters relating to maintaining up-to-date records, including filing, client documentation, presentations, updating MIS, updating key performance targets etc.

Assist the sales team with all client related matters including account opening, investment information, presentations etc.

Compiling and completing required regular and ad-hoc client reporting

Leading on activities such as RFP/RFI completion, own the process of regularly updating and reviewing with investment teams DDQ’s and 2 Page Explainers on investment capabilities.

To develop business from existing institutions and other investor’s and monitor clients' needs for further investment management products and services.

Qualifications

14 years’ experience in Financial Institutions. (Headed Client Services for Capital Markets, Fixed Income and Asset Management and in other keys roles was Credit Sales & Trading AVP)

MBA International Business

Completed CISI level 1 Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Introduction to Securities & Investments.

Excellent written and spoken English

Speak, read and write in Arabic
