Introduce new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients. Assigned and execute equity orders in behalf of FABS clients while being in full compliance with all rules and regulations as set out by SCA, ADX, DFM, FABS, and FAB including abidance to the FABS code of ethics.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·         Generate revenues exceeding the hurdle rate multiples set by management

·         Execute the orders and instructions received from the client

·         Receive and book customer orders on trading terminals 

·         Prepare deal tickets and other trade related documentation.

·         Get express written or verbal approvals on recorded lines from customers for all trades.

·         Verify client's identification before executing a trade.

·         Ensure that credit parameters for all customers are met before executing a trade.

·         Maintain relationship with customers by calling them on a regular basis to update on relevant market research/ information.

·         Record all telephonic conversations with customers.

·         Ensure that front-end operations are facilitating smooth flow of back-office/middle office/finance and Customer Service operations.

·         Ensure the correct execution of trades in the market at the best available prices.

University degree with a discipline in a relevant subject.

Broker exams 1, 2, and 3 (completed per SCA requirement)

Good organizational / Administrative skills.

Fluency in written + spoken English and Arabic.

Computer literate.

EXPERIENCE:

5 years Brokers experience.

Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Proven ability to deal effectively with different types of personalities
