Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Support the department in the process of product development, portfolio management and retention of FAB Islamic financing-based products, learn about pricing control techniques and the process of managing after sales Service

Understanding of the portfolio “retain and grow”.
Pricing Control Management
How to build X sell campaign

Qualifications
Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic plus reasonable level of written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal Skills.
Demonstrate track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving change.
Excellent Customer Service and People management skills.
