Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Support the department in the process of product development, portfolio management and retention of FAB Islamic financing-based products, learn about pricing control techniques  and the process of managing after sales Service

ASL Customer handling and Process

System understanding to check Queries   

Mortgage After Sales Service FAB Islamic:

End to end customer service and process understanding of 13 Core process.   

Restructure of Financing

System understanding

Product development:

How to lunch new product, end to end understanding.

Maintenance of Existing product

Manage Special projects  

Portfolio Management:

Understanding of the portfolio “retain and grow”.

Pricing Control Management

How to build X sell campaign

How to build X – Sell Campaign to Increase revenue

Leads Management

PBG collaboration Management

How to prepare Business Case

Understanding to Product Profitability    

Disbursal reports

Portfolio reports

CRM System Management and understanding

Reports Extraction

How to prepare Weekly report and Presentation

Telephony Sales - Islamic BDU:

Qualifications

Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record

Fluent in written and spoken Arabic plus reasonable level of written and spoken English.

Strong interpersonal Skills.

 Demonstrate track record of improving customer satisfaction and driving change.

Excellent Customer Service and People management skills.
