Job Purpose: 

Job holder will be drive new product lines around Magnati’s vision for a new product vertical for prepaid++, which are centered around fintech partnerships.

Job holder will also seed the “corporate payment” product line via partnership with third parties as well as drive new product lines around B2B and B2G.

Job holder is expected to co-ordinate between various stakeholders within Magnati to launch new products as well as drive enhancements to existing products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities

Prepaid++ and fintech partnerships

Build on Magnati’s leadership in traditional prepaid product line and work on the prepaid++ roadmap to launch new products that cater to fintech partners

Work closely with business development to meet new client requirements in an agile manner

Work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive product ambitions

Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements as well as Magnati risk appetite

Corporate Payment Solution

Lay the ground to capture new flows for B2B and B2G payments

Work with FAB as preferred issuer to enhance spends on corporate cards

Work with other issuers and industry partners/stakeholders to drive corporate payment on acceptance side

Work with industry partners to launch new products to capture high value vendor payment solutions, and other similar corporate payment solutions

Generic product expectations

Work with internal Magnati stakeholders to drive ideation to execution

Complete product ownership including P&L

Identify optimization opportunities and execute them to drive results

Anticipate market requirements and “build for future”

In sync with business development, identify “greenfield” areas of growth

Geographical expansion

Design products that can be taken to other markets, linked to Magnati’s geographical expansion plans

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance

Minimum Experience

At least 6 years of business experience handling product role in a mid / large organization

Good inter-personal skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders
