Job Description

HR Specialist to deliver the operational services on a day to day basis to achieve the delivery of a high quality, professional and timely pensions service. Act as a main point of contact for all UAE and other GCC Pension related queries and activities, liaise with TA Team, Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll, Ask HR, and prospective UAE and GCC National joiners.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsible to enroll eligible UAE and other GCC Countries staff to the relevant pension fund upon joining in the First Abu Dhabi Bank Group. Complete pension enrolment within the agreed timeframe applicable to pension fund and avoid any penalties

  • Complete process of adding previous service to UAE Pension Fund, communicate to employees and collect all relevant documents and initiate request through Pension portal
  • Conduct quarterly review of Pension enrolment of UAE and other GCC nationals and provide report to line manager.
  • Manage Pension Termination process and ensure process is completed within the stipulated timeframe provided by relevant Pension Authority. Liaise with offboarding team and leaving employees to collect documents for completing pension termination process.
  • Perform pension monthly auto debt validation in line with the Policy and SOP and liaise with AUH Pension Fund to clear all decencies
  • Complete salary changes updates of UAE Nationals in the Pension Portal and provide monthly report to Line Manager and Payroll Team
  • Ensure integrity of HR data for FAB Group employees through Oracle Fusion and employee records in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. Perform monthly validations to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data that is stored in the database
  • Conduct monthly review of Medical Insurance for FAB UAE & Int’l employees/dependents to ensure enrolment/cancellation and mandatory data is upto date
  • Process year end reports analyse data and reconcile against pension payments. Investigation of errors, complete reconciliation process where required and report relevant information to the scheme to finalise data
  • Support all HR Operations Projects, complete activities assigned within the agreed timelines of the Project.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

  • 4-5 years’ relevant experience in similar positions in the Human Resources function.
  • Experience of working in managing core HR processes in HCM systems example Oracle and good working knowledge of Pension Portal
