Job Description

Job Purpose:

Senior level banking and technology professional with over 12-15 years of diverse experience in delivering digital transformations

The role is responsible for partnering with CCIB, Enablement & Control partners at a group level to define and implement effective Digital Transformation strategy have significant impact on operational readiness and customer experience

This infrastructure and Governance organization on ensures that it partners with all the stakeholders such as Coverage, Products, Advisory, Group Business management, Group Risk, Group Credit, Group COO functions to ensure effective operations of the business on an on-going basis.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with business heads to identify Digital Transformation (DT) bottlenecks and / or improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions for such
  • Drives business solutions and provide significant impact on operational readiness and customer experience.
  • Based on the Digital Transformation (DT) strategy, design digital solutions that align with strategic objectives, support business goals and delivery of efficiency gains to reduce costs to operational areas while improving the experience for our customers.
  • Play a key leadership role in digital oriented transformations i.e., innovation, technology process assessments.
  • Leverage on data analytics for innovative digital solution recommendations and identify data monetization strategies for the new and existing services/products.
  • Help build effective solutions to address business needs and identify business opportunities and issues.
  • Simplify and reimagine processes to create transformational experiences through technology and digital assets.
  • Lead specific project work streams - Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing and Product teams to launch and perpetuate this platform
  • Communicate and negotiate priorities with IT Team using in-depth knowledge and experience of technical delivery process
  • Develop effective relationships including Lead Change Management including - Tracking, monitoring and communicating the progress of initiatives against defined project milestones to ensure progress versus expectations

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience of banking industry with deep understanding on the Corporate and Commercial Banking
  • Must have Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline
