Job Description

The role holder is responsible to Manage Digital Self-Serve network and to participate in projects of key strategic agenda of Branch Transformation, including implementation of new digital technology. The role will focus more on strategic delivery of Digital Self-Serve (CDMs, Biometrics , Tablets ,Robot greeter) within optimum model in line with bank vision.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement plans to ensure that the Self Serve performance is in line with the KPI and maintain the highest service standards.
  • Manage the Digital Self-Serve by evaluating the performance and ensuring that it meets the set objectives of the department.
  • Ensure that the visual representation of the Digital Self-Serve is in line with the bank’s image and policies.
  • Handle upcoming projects pertaining to Digital Self-Serve and ensure that the assigned timelines are attained as requested by the senior management.
  • Coordinate with PB finance team to perform monthly accruals exercise.
  • Identify, plan and prepare business case, and execute new opportunities to improve self-service experiences for our customers that are aligned to the overall strategy.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Reduction in ATM /CDM Customer complaints
  • Submission of control reports on time
  • Ensure FLM /SLM as per average level
  • Follow up and resolution of defects reported by ATM care
  • Ensure ITD related systems are up and running 24/7

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Finance.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong banking experience (Sales, Customer services etc.)
  • Experienced in working through the business and operating model implications of digital 
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational abilities
