COMMERCIAL BANK OFFICER

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience and a proven track record of business development
• Ability to build a rapport with customers
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain commercial real estate and commercial/industrial loan portfolios
• Prospect and source lending opportunities
• Manage an active pipeline while maintaining an existing portfolio
• Effectively negotiate loan structuring and pricing of credit extensions
• Emphasize sound underwriting with proper loan documentation and compliance
• Deliver high quality credit presentations
• Guide customers through the loan application process and provide exceptional customer service
