Job Description

Chick-fil-A Brockton is seeking an Operations Director with the ability to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to its 80+ team members. The ultimate goal for this person is to work alongside the Owner/Operator to play a key role in growing the business and holding the team accountable. They will spend their time in the restaurant helping the Operator make business decisions for the organization, overseeing various front of house and back of house roles, as well as developing managers and team leads for the store. This individual must be committed to meeting and exceeding company goals as well as passionate about the growth and impact of the team and organization. Long-term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top leader in an even larger capacity like helping pursue another franchise location or even pursue becoming an Owner/Operator themselves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold the team of 80+ accountable to Chick-fil-A and productivity standards
  • Ensure operational effectiveness to grow revenues to 7 million and beyond 
  • Lead the front of house and back of house teams to operational excellence 
  • Perform with excellence while in the operation of the business
  • Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as scheduling and accounting
  • Work alongside team to maintain food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness standards 
  • Meet regularly with the Operator for development


  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 3-5+ years of management experience; ideally in a restaurant setting 
  • Experience leading in a fast paced environment
  • Experience developing and coaching leaders
  • Ability to work hard; go getter
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Possesses a relentless desire to succeed
  • Desires to continue to learn and grow
