Chick-fil-A Southlake and Chick-fil-A Tarrant Parkway & Davis Boulevard are run by T.J. St. Romain, a multi-unit operator who has been with Chick-fil-A as an Operator since 2002. Between the two stores, T.J. employs 150 team members. T.J. is passionate about mentoring committed and hard-working individuals in learning the business of Chick-fil-A from the Kitchen to the Front of House and everything in between. T.J. operates each location with a people first mindset, employees and customers alike. Job Description

This leader will rotate through various aspects of the business. The ultimate goal for this role is to prepare individuals to pursue their own Chick-fil-A franchise or a position at the Chick-fil-A Corporate after at least 2 years of rotating through the business. This person will begin working in the Kitchen for 90 days to learn the foundations of the business in the epicenter of it all. This period of foundational learning is referred to as “Boot Camp” because it requires committed, hard work before moving out into other areas of learning within the restaurant. This individual will move into roles in the Front of House and the Drive-thru to round out the first 6 months. Based on performance, this individual should be in a supervisor or manager position around the 6-month mark. As this individual grows in their foundational working knowledge of the business, they will begin working in more of a Director role by month 12, spending approximately 50% of their time in operations shoulder to shoulder with their team and the other 50% of their time investing time in business-related functions that support the team. 


  • Rotate through multiple aspects of the business to gain knowledge of the total operation 
  • Within the first year and based on performance, promotion in the business to a Director role. Director responsibilities vary by which department you are promoted to

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 2+ years of previous leadership experience that demonstrates strong leadership ability
