Job Description

Chick-fil-A Orchard Park is seeking an Operations Director who will play an intrical part in growing the business in Westminster, CO. This leader will have organizational oversight as well as develop and grow the team. The right candidate will be a humble leader who is not afraid to jump in with the team! Ultimately this person will work alongside the Owner/Operator and Senior leadership team to play a key role in overall profitability, sales growth, and providing an excellent customer experience. Long- term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top leader in an even larger capacity like helping pursue another franchise location or even pursue becoming an Owner/Operator themselves.


  • Ensure operational excellence 
  • Lead teams of up to 35 team members on a shift
  • Handle Operational, Financial, and Human Resource responsibilities daily
  • Develop and implement structural systems
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks both on and off shift
  • Help shape the business and bring new ideas to the table
  • Wear multiple hats (ensure efficiency, monitor guest experience, participate in interviewing, selecting and training team members, scheduling, restaurant maintenance, etc.)
  • Meet regularly one on one with the Operator and work as a partnership
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A Orchard Park is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards



  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 3-5+ years of management experience or leading a team
  • Humble; willing to do tasks that others might consider beneath them
