Job Description

Chick-fil-A Orchard Park is seeking an Operations Director who has a large capacity for organizational oversight and development. The ultimate goal for this person is to oversee all Directors and hold them accountable to the goals set within their specific departments. The Operations Director will play a key role in overall profitability, sales growth, and providing an excellent customer experience. This individual must be someone who is hands on and able to jump into the fast pace of Chick-fil-A. Long-term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top leader in an even larger capacity or even pursue becoming an Owner/ Operator themselves!


  • Ensure operational excellence (food safety, positive guest experience, etc.)
  • Oversee and develop top leadership within the restaurant
  • Lead teams of up to 35 team members on a shift
  • Handle Operational, Financial, and Human Resource responsibilities daily
  • Develop and implement structural systems
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks both on and off shift
  • Help shape the business and bring new ideas to the table
  • Wear multiple hats (ensure efficiency, monitor guest experience, participate in interviewing, selecting and training team members, scheduling, restaurant maintenance, etc.)
  • Meet regularly one on one with the Operator and work as a partnership
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A Orchard Park is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards



  • Bachelors Degree Preferred 
  • 3-5+ years of management experience or leading a team
  • Humble; willing to do tasks that others might consider beneath them
