Do you want to leverage your technical and people skills to solve real world problems at the best security company in the world?  If so, then read on….  We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Helix product team and have a direct impact on our roadmap. In this role, you will own one or more product services on FireEye’s Helix Security Operations Platform and assist in the overall transformation of the platform to a native SaaS solution. You must be customer focused and have experience working directly with core engineering teams as well as solution engineering and customer success. Help us meet the requirements of our rapidly growing customer base and be game changers in the security space. 

This role consists of internal facing Product Management responsibilities – working and communicating with engineering and cross functional teams to create and maintain the feature backlog – as well as outbound responsibilities such as interacting with customers, monitoring product engagement and business metrics, and assisting with sales/go-to-market. Must have Cloud / AWS experience and product management experience with SaaS applications. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch 

  • Own the product vision and maintain the roadmap for your product service offering 

  • Define, document and prioritize requirements based on market research and customer feedback 

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and data teams and other cross-functional teams 

  • Identify new areas for growth through quantitative search and UX studies 

  • Analyze market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity 

  • Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by communicating product features and functionality 

  • Determine your teams’ metrics for success including financial and customer engagement metrics 

  • Influence key stakeholders across our organization to align intent and prioritization 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience  

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or similar role  

  • Strong customer focus and possess a track record of successful customer engagements 

  • Cloud / SaaS product management experience including AWS 

  • Strong technical foundation in networking or network security technologies, with a focus on one or more areas - Secure Web Gateways, SIEM, Security Analytics, Orchestration etc 

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners and executives 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence others both inside and outside of the organization, and to lead without authority 

  • Experience building or designing data aggregation and streaming technologies, ideal through a SaaS or PaaS online platform 

  • Understanding of common industry patterns for big data stewardship and governance 

  • Experience with container orchestration, messaging frameworks, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and open-source technologies a plus
