Generally speaking, we're looking for a combination of curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence. Most of our employees have at least some experience in: 

• Nonprofit management (typically within one of the following departments: donor relations, IT management, or program management)
• Project management
• Salesforce / NPSP (development and/or configuration)
• Web development (Drupal and/or WordPress)
• Consulting, particularly nonprofit consulting

Salary is commensurate with experience. Fíonta offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, 401k, vacation and holidays. Candidate must be willing and able to travel on occasion.
