Job Description
About the Role
As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll be helping us improve the systems, processes, and data that support our go-to-market teams. You’ll work closely with team members across different functions, supporting ongoing projects, keeping things organized, and helping us make better decisions through data. No two days will look the same and that’s part of the fun.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, and revenue teams.
- Help manage and update our internal tools
- Organize key documents like playbooks, scripts, and reporting templates.
- Build or update dashboards and reports to track business performance.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
- Participate in team check-ins, brainstorms, and strategy sessions. Your ideas are welcome here.
- Support campaign and event tracking, lead assignments, or CRM data clean-up as needed.

Qualifications
Who You Are
- A student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and not afraid of spreadsheets.
- Curious about how tech businesses run and grow.
- Comfortable working independently and asking questions when stuck.
- Eager to learn new tools and contribute to real-world projects.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- You’ve used CRM, Marketing automation, Data intelligence, or similar tools before.
- You enjoy digging into data and figuring out what it means.
- You’ve helped with a project, campaign, or club that needed organizing or tracking.
