Job Description

We’re looking for the candidate who is responsible for software test automation design, planning, scripting and execution for a variety of key customer-facing and other mobile apps.

The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. The individual will work closely on executing automated test iterations, tracking & reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating the bug fixes. The individual should have a strong understanding of QA lifecycle and automation methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Automation Framework Design and Implementation
  • Creating, Organising, and managing Test Automation Resources.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for large scale real time server side systems
  • Collecting Test Data for Data-Driven Testing.
  • Creating Test Cases (Test Scripts) using Selenium
  • Parameterization, Synchronisation and define Test results.
  • Debugging and Running Tests - roles and responsibilities of selenium automation test engineer
  • Analysing Test Results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals.
  • 2+ years of experience 
  • Good knowledge of Selenium suite of Tools (Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid).
  • Good knowledge of Element Locators, Inspecting Elements, and Selenium  WebDriver API Commands or Methods.
  • Solid experience in test case design and test planning
  • Excellent and effective communication skills
