Our Client Tangoe is looking for Development Lead – Architecture

Job Designation: Development Lead – Architecture

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6-12Years.

 Development Lead Architecture’ will be part of sprint team and will be playing the role of an Architect. 

Activities performed by Development Lead - Architecture would be 

• Support the Sprint Lead in planning for Sprint by identifying technical challenges upfront 

• Come up with design for epics (features that will be developed in current Sprint) assigned to the. Will need to work with peers and other senior members for complex and cross cutting development effort 

• Develop new or Enhance existing framework components based on requirements. This would involve R&D around new technologies. 

• Ensure the guidelines and best practices are followed by the team. 

• Be Technical mentor for team members and also review the work done by team members. 

• Be the technical contact for BA’s and Product Managers for guidance on feasibility of proposed features. 

Key Skills for this role 

• Given a problem should be able to come up with design(s) along with pro’s and con’s. Also have in-depth knowledge of Object Oriented Design. 

• Good knowledge of building distributed web based applications 

• Should be good in Spring, Dependency Injection concepts, Hibernate. 

• Good knowledge of RDBM 

Good to have 

• Knowledge of Micro-Service architecture 

• Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring AMQP, SOAP based web services 

• Experience with TDD 

• Knowledge of web application security concepts.
