Job Designation: Senior Developer 

Job Location: Hyderabad 

Experience: 5-7Years.

Job Description:

1. 5 - 7 years of experience building solutions with Java & Open Systems technologies

2. Expert knowledge of Struts, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery

3. Expert in OO design implementation

4. Experience with Tomcat

5. Experience in Oracle & Sql Server 

6. Good understanding of XML, XSD

7. Gaining an understanding of our Current State and Target State Architecture 

8. Understanding requirements from product managers

9. Conduct proof of concept activities for product enhancements

10. Be comfortable with driving technical ideas and communicating clearly with technical audience

11. Lead and mentor other team members

12. Stay up to date on new tools & techniques in the open systems space

13. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

14. Strong troubleshooting skills

15. Experience with advanced troubleshooting

Good to Have:

1. Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss

2. Experience in creating automated unit testing using JUnit and practicing test driven development

3. Experience with build environment using Ant

4. Fluency with NetBeans

5. Oral and written communication skills
