As a Personal Banker, you'll be the face of our organization, working directly with members to provide personalized financial solutions, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met with care and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

💡 Connect & Grow:

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell our financial products and services that meet member needs.
  • Participate in sales development activities to enhance your skills and contribute to organizational success.

📞 Be the Go-To Contact:

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Resolve complaints promptly, follow up as needed, and maintain active participation in call queues.

🏦 Support Financial Transactions:

  • Assist with opening and closing accounts, processing loan requests, and answering product-related questions.
  • Conduct financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.

🤝 Build Strong Relationships:

  • Welcome members with a smile and provide information about our services.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining a positive and professional image.

📋 Perform & Perfect:

  • Maintain accurate records, balance your cash drawer daily, and assist with routine reporting tasks.
  • Stay informed of trends and regulations to better serve members.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of customer service or financial services experience.
Knowledge: Familiarity with teller operations, credit union products, consumer lending practices, and related regulatory requirements.
Skills:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus!
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with computers and business equipment (calculator, printer, etc.).

 

Additional Information

Compensation:  $22.50-24.50/hr + generous sales incentives
