Filmhouse Cinemas is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable individuals to join our team as Ad-Hoc Cinema Team Members.

The role involves supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the cinema and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Successful candidates will work as part of the cinema operations team and may be assigned to various operational duties depending on business needs.

Carry out other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or entertainment is an advantage but not mandatory.
