Job Description
- Execute strategy & communications to increase footfall at Filmhouse Cinemas, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage the annual budget for the cinema marketing department
- Create tailored media strategies for promotional events from planning to execution, delivering within budget and to deadline.
- Development and maintenance of relationships with media partners, managing the PR strategy for the cinemas.
- Manage in-cinema marketing in all locations to design localised marketing strategies and creative assets.
- Assist in developing strategy & execution plans for the promotion of retail items at the cinemas
- Oversee the production and distibution of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Partner with local businesses, sponsors and other external parties as required to support marketing efforts.
- Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, campaigns and promotional material)
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas, insights to help improve brand position & consumer sentiments
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Support the organisation, planning and execution of events (Premieres, Exhibitors showcase, Film Exhibitions)
- Track and measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns to report progress and revenue growth to management team.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
- CIM
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
