1. Design, implement and monitor the inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
2. Examine stock levels and determine shortages and prevent overstocking.
3. Responsible for managing inventory documentation, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
4. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
5. Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
6. Create monthly consolidated inventory reports for all sites.
7. Conduct periodic training for stock controllers.
8. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely replenishment based on supply levels.
9. Ensure compliance with standard Inventory management practices.
10. Carry out cost examinations and adjustments.
11. Generate Ideas for retail optimization across board.

• Relevant First Degree
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply(CIPS)
• Minimum 4years relevant experience
• Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage
