Job Description
The administrative manager will supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
- Answer first-line visitor queries about the company, manage visitor access
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Qualifications
Previous experience (minimum 4 years) as an office administrator
Very good written and speaking communication skills
Quick thinker and problem solver
