Job Description

About the Role of Operations coordinator

Operations coordinators are meticulous, disciplined and detailed oriented. They will be in charge of FightCamp’s back office on a daily basis. All these qualities will come in handy when it’s time to bridge communication between FightCamp’s executive office and its business departments. FightCamp's Operations coordinators will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer and  the Head of People & Operations.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Costa Mesa, California
Salary: $56,000 - $60, 000/year
Equity: 0.05% - 0.15%

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing invoices and bills related to office expenses and services.

  • Controlling business critical/emergency situations and seeks to resolve promptly while ensuring minimum disruption to the business.

  • Handling relationships with service providers and vendors.

  • Purchasing and keeping inventory of office supply.

  • Managing mail reception & distribution

  • Setting up office security protocols & security equipment

  • Working with Project Management, Real Estate & Facilities, Office Leaders, Workplace Design and hired Architects/Contractors to define scope of work for office expansion or renovation projects.

  • Helping with other ad-hoc team administrative support duties as required

  • Being the point of contact for all regular internal processes such as taxes, legal and insurance.

Qualifications

Requirements

 

Must Have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Experience handling high level communication with external contractors

  • 2-3 years experience in facilities management

  • 2-3 years experience in administrative tasks

  • Ability to give and receive direct feedback

  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and projects

  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent cross-functional project management skills.

  • Ability to take initiative and deliver in fast-paced environments.


 

Good To Have:

 

  • Background in boxing for fitness or as a sport

  • Background in social sciences

  • Strong Interest in the technologies that will shape how people workout.

  • Experience with event planning and execution

  • Experience with vetting, implementing, and managing external vendors
