About the Role of Content Specialist

FightCamp’s Content Specialist reports directly to FightCamp’s Head of Content and FightCamp’s Head of Production and is responsible for producing high-quality, visual content (photo and video) for both marketing and product needs. As marketing will be a major focus of the Content Specialist, they will also be expected to be well versed in everything related to marketing, especially digital marketing 

 Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

What You Will Do

• Work as an assistant to the head of production on major marketing and product content shoots.

• Work with the content team to conceptualize and storyboard product and marketing content.

• Independently shoot and edit FightCamp Workout Content, Tutorial Content and Narrative Content for distribution within the FightCamp product.

• Independently shoot and edit FightCamp photo and video marketing content for use in ads, on the FightCamp website and elsewhere.

• Act as the ambassador between FightCamp’s Content Team and Marketing Team. This includes keeping track of the marketing team’s needs for content and communicating those needs to FightCamp’s Head of Content.

• Work with FightCamp’s marketing team to produce digital media assets and copy for high-quality, customer-focused emails. This includes strategizing, analyzing performance data and assisting with split tests to refine and optimize the email campaigns for metrics including sales conversion and open rate.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Portfolio

• Skilled with Premiere Pro Editing

• Understand Mobile Design (UX/UI)

• Minimum of three year experience working in the industry

• Minimum of three year experience in digital marketing

• Soft Skills (Listening, follow directions, and receiving feedback)

• Photography skills

• Photoshop skills

• Proficient in professional cinema camera equipment (Canon, RED, Blackmagic).

• Proficient with equipment setup including lighting, grip, and electric gear.

• Edit in Adobe Creative Suite, iZotope Audio Software, or comparable software.

• Ability to independently manage, prep, build out camera gear.

• Ability to plan out logistics & produce a video shoot from front to back incl. scheduling, locations, meals, etc.

• General quantitative and analytical skills including some past, college-level courses in statistics.

Good To Have:

• Boxing Experience

• Graphic Design Experience

• Social media expertise

• Experience with email marketing software and survey software.
