Workout output is tracked by motion trackers that calculate the speed and the amount of punches thrown during a workout. Since its launched in February 2018, FightCamp’s revenues have doubled every month. FightCamp is funded by Y Combinator.

About the Role of FightCamp Pro a.k.a. Retail Store Associate

As a FightCamp Pro, you will be the face and the voice of FightCamp at our first retail store location.

Concretely, you can expect to greet potential FightCamp customers, inform them about FightCamp and advise them in order to make the best decision possible.

You’ll be working alongside FightCamp’s inside sales team lead.

Salary:  $20/hour

Commission: 3%

What You Will Do

• Greet and advise potential FightCamp customers

• Take the customer on a pleasing and personalized journey

• Utilize FightCamp’s CRM to capture and maintain client information

• Provide feedback that will help the business

• Conduct email outreach to new clients via CRM to communicate updates and follow-ups

• Maintain visual and operational standards of the FightCamp store

Requirements

Must Have:

• Prior sales experience (in a retail environment)

• Customer centric approach

• Ability to reach or exceed sales goals.

• Available nights, weekends and holidays

• Proficiency with Apple products

Good To Have:

• Prior boxing experience

• Familiar with the Google Suite

• Familiar with Slack
