Job Description

Financial Analyst II is responsible for reviewing global capital expenditure, operational expenses, Lease and rent payment analysis, preparation of journal entries, preparing global general ledger account reconciliations, reporting and having reviews with leadership team. This position will also be responsible for hiring, training; creating and monitoring appropriate performance metrics.

The successful candidate should have a strong desire in innovating processes and exceed expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, primarily driving innovation on behalf of our customers.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· B.COM, MBA or CWA, with 8+ or more years of post-qualification experience in Reporting, Rent analysis, Capex, Opex analysis, Reconciliation & Reporting activities.
· Strong Reporting skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Strong customer focus - both Internal / External
· A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
Strong interpersonal skills — including written and oral communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Retail industry experience (Preferred)
· Experience using Oracle Financial Applications (Preferred)
