Job Description

 Identify customer experience gaps and opportunities through competitive analysis and customer insights
· Partner with Amazon Business global product management team and your partner technology team along with other partner teams to develop business requirements, PR/FAQ, and support the development of the enhancements/features required for Amazon Business in India
· Establish and own customer flywheel goals, identify and define metrics to show impact.
· Define analytical tools to draw insight from data to drive goals and process improvement
· Partner with business teams to develop scalable processes for driving customer flywheel
· Communicate with management and senior executives about program and product direction, strategy and the operational execution
· Author business cases, white papers, use cases, and process flows
· Effectively manage expectations and resolve conflicts that balance customer and company needs

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Must-have experience/criteria for role:
· Proven track record of customer obsession.
· Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.
· Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
· 5+ years of product management experience.
· Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.
· Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.
The position will be based in Amazon’s office in Bangalore.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred experience:
· 3+ years of e-commerce, marketing, product/program management, or related experience.
· MBA from leading B-School.
