Exciting and dynamic beauty company is seeking an experienced and sharp Magento Developer to lend their expertise with helping to develop, enhance and maintain custom web applications for their Magento  Enterprise editions. This will be a possible contract to hire opportunity. 

Primary Responsibilities 

• Ensure websites display and function correctly across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Convert graphic designs into web pages 
• Work with Digital Marketing team and key Graphic Designers 
• Solid knowledge of back end integrations. 
  
  

Required Skills/Qualifications 

• Strong knowledge of Magento framework. 
• 5+ years experience with Magento 
• Experience with web fonts and FA icons 
• Extensive understanding of responsive design principles 
• Prior development experience with live Magento sites. 
• Strong UI / UX skill and understanding of Usability. 
• Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc. 
• Experience with optimizing web page performance 
• Interpersonal skills to work directly with team members, vendors, and clients 
• Experience with web fonts and FA icons 
• Proven ability to develop websites based on Illustrator, Fireworks, and Photoshop files 
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills 

Desired Skills/Qualifications 

• Magento Frontend Developer certification 
• Front and Back end Magento development experience is extremely desired. 
• Highly self-motivated and possess strong problem-solving skills 
• Solutions-oriented thinking; always looking for the smart/best solution to a problem 
• Prior experience with high traffic Magento site(s) 
• Extensive experience with third-party APIs to update page content
