• Solid Workday experience
• HCM Business Process configuration
• Ability to mass update organization data via EIB
• Reporting
• Familiarity with Integrations
• Excellent communication skills. Someone who has a keen understanding of the functions and is able to effectively communicate the information between the tech team and business team
