You’ll be part of the Marketing leadership team, focused on data-driven retention and customer experience with the intention of optimizing the LTV. Areas of focus to include:
· Create and implement a Marketing strategy to build loyalty, increase the lifetime value, engage customers.
· Use data-driven techniques to determine where the strengths and weaknesses are in the customer experience.
· Develop and implement a growth strategy, covering all communication channels.
· Use data to make sure each customer has the experience and communication that makes sense for them as an individual
· Email Marketing campaigns
- 8-12 years experience of Marketing with a focus on Customer Loyalty, Experience and Retention
- Ecommerce required
- Track record and stats showing increasing LTV due to your strategy
- Data-driven techniques
