Job Description

Stable POS/ERP software with an established global customer base is looking for a 2 year Help Desk person to supplement its world class Help Desk/Customer Support Desk. The team provides excellent customer and help desk support, including basic software and PC troubleshooting, POS software troubleshooting, and escalaation when necessary. The company fosters growth, inter-office transfers and multiple career paths. It's a great way to get your foot in the door for a company where you can stay and expand your career over the years.

Qualifications

  • 2 years help desk for a software product
  • Basic troubleshooting for hardware and software
  • SQL queries a bit plus
  • POS or ERP a big plus
  • Flexiblity, excellent communication, customer service and follow through skills.
  • Degree preferred, but not required
