Job Description

Top Secret security clearance required.

 

Provides IT support to manage the low side Customer network and to provide general IT support to the local team on either system. Assist Project Managers with coordinating equipment orders, scheduling travel and generating reports through the SQL database. Interface with Field Engineers to extrapolate data from other remote sources and augment the SQL database with information.

Qualifications

Top Secret security clearance required.

 

Years of Experience Required: 6+ years

Required Education: BS/BA

Required Skills:

· Knowledge of SQL databases.

· Knowledge of Customer IT systems, security protocols and regulations

· Self-Starter able to work independently with little to no oversight

· Oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask; take on multiple actions and coordinate/close out actions with multiple stakeholders

Desired Skills:

· Familiarity of LAN/WAN

· Knowledge of LOTUS notes

· Knowledge of routers

· Familiarity with MAXIMO SQL database design, report generation, maintenance and operation.

· Knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and Project, plus Lotus Notes.
