Job Description

Secret Security Clearance required.

The Executive Assistant has proven administrative skills to support office operations.  Prepares correspondence, maintains schedules, and assists in travel planning.  Implements office administrative procedures.

Qualifications

Secret Security Clearance required.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' of related experience, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Security Clearance: Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with joint staff, joint programs, and interfacing with DoD leadership
  • Experience supporting engineering programs and Technical Program Managers
