The Program Financial Manager provides financial management support and supports the development of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution documentation to plan and execute the DTE&A budget. 

Provide funding, forecasting, programming, budget information, execution status and funds reconciliation, following the PPBE process, using the requested Financial Management tools and systems.  

Security Clearance required: Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI)

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years' of related experience, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience monitoring the status of funding obligations and expenditures and prepare associated reports

• Knowledge and experience with DoD Budget tools and systems including Defense Agencies Initiative

• Knowledge of Governmental financial activity systems, including, but not limited to, G-INVOICE, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial management tools, and the Defense Technical Information Center to enter and maintain budget exhibits

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with joint staff, joint programs, and interfacing with DoD leadership
• Experience supporting engineering programs and Technical Program Managers
