Job Description

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and timely execution of all print and digital marketing assets to support Feizy's trade shows, sales team, website, app, and customer requirements for all business channels.  Identifies the skills and resources necessary to complete marketing projects on time and within budget.  This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills, with excellent project management and decision-making skills.

Supervises a marketing team of 6 and partners cross-departmentally to ensure smooth and timely execution of all marketing requests and projects.

  • Supervises marketing projects from beginning to end.  Facilitates all market punch lists and follows up team members on tasks required from each of them for each market.
  • Creates and manages a content calendar.  Plans and schedule deadlines.  Executes tasks to produce product catalogs within established timelines.
  • Proposes project budgets and ensures team members adhere to them.
  • Creates promo books with direction from Supervisor and Owner.
  • Ensures timely delivery of catalogs, tags, marketing collateral, and swag to all markets.
  • Ensures marketing collateral is regularly updated with new product and prices.
  • Updates homepage for RepZio and ensures updated digital assets are maintained on the system.
  • Manages all product photography storage and dispenses photography to proper channels, acting as the gatekeeper of these assets and ensuring that all images reach the intended recipients effectively and efficiently (this includes RepZio, Feizy website, etc.)
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with external vendors.
  • Ensures management and internal customers are satisfied with proposed marketing tools and collateral and seeks ways to continually improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Develops, implements, and communicates standard marketing operations policies and procedures.

Ensures Company communications and marketing materials are accurate, timely and align with leadership’s vision and aesthetic.

  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to help implement effective marketing tools and collateral.
  • Assists in creating email communications (copy, graphic, HTML code) – including but not limited to customer-facing and internal correspondence.
  • Proofreads and edits copy for ads and e-blasts.

Supports Graphic Designers as needed to plan and execute design projects.

  • Reviews product/design briefs and determine requirements.
  • Adjusts templates or conceptualizes visuals based on requirements.
  • Prepares rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develops designs using software.
  • Uses the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Works with Senior Leadership to produce final designs.
  • Uploads graphics to appropriate file locations, systems or portals.
  • Revises designs after feedback.
  • Ensures final graphics and layouts are accurate, visually appealing and meet customer/company standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Plans timelines and oversees execution of marketing projects and preparation for markets by partnering with marketing team members and cross-departmentally to meet established deadlines.  This position supervises the work for 5 direct reports and 2 indirect reports on the marketing team.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PMP Certification preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years or more experience in supervising a marketing team
  • 3 years or more of project management experience
  • 2 years or more of proven graphic designing experience
  • 1 year or more of experience in editing photos

  • Google Drive/Dropbox/FTP, and/or another file-sharing platform - proficient
  • Proven experience with digital marketing management platforms, e-communications (e.g. Mailchimp), social channels, etc. - proficient
  • Experience with Dropbox/Google Drive/FTP and/or other file-sharing platform
  • Experience in using Smartsheets preferred

Work Schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in our Corporate office.   This job does not require travel.
