Job Description

The Sales Officer – reporting to the Head of Sales – is responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers over the phone, helping them apply for products, and then following up with entities until the client receives what he applied for.                                                                      

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reaching clients who are interested in Faydety's services
  • Responsible for doing telesales campaigns to generate applications.
  •  Responsible for assisting interested clients in registering and applying to the product they need
  • Responsible for following up on incomplete, Rejected, and canceled applications to generate leads.
  • Responsible for achieving the monthly Target.
  • Responsible for increasing the application quality and quantity.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  •  Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • 0 – 3 Years sales Experience
  • Good sales ability.
  • 1+ Years of Working Experience in a related business
