About the role:

 

The Banking Operation Officer – reporting to the Head of Banking Operations - is the one responsible for gathering information, uploading them, breaking information down to customers, helping them apply, and then following up with banks until the client receives what he applied for. Also, he analyzes and continuously improves the process.

 

Responsibilities:

  •   Responsible for Obtaining and Updating Bank's products, related rates, and required documents periodically on the Faydety website.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting and navigating the Faydety website.
  •  Review the Client application and make sure it meets all bank requirements before sending it to the concerned bank.
  • Follow up with Client and Bank and Update Application Status
  • Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and Banks to management.
  •  Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Delivering reports to department heads, management teams, and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the Process
  • Initiate different  campaigns to push sales in all different channels
  • Help to increase the number of applications on the website.
  • Responsible for preparing and sending payment invoices to banks and receiving bank transfer-proof.
  • Responsible for Achieving the Annual Target

 

 

Qualifications

  • Good Mathematical Skills
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • High communication skills
  • Adequate knowledge of basic banking products
  • Fluent in Arabic & English written/spoken.
  • Training experience in a bank (Preferred)
  • Excellent Computer Skills
