Job Description

The Role

  • As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will support the Commercial Operations team by turning data into actionable insights, maintaining reports and dashboards, and helping streamline sales processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales organisation has the tools and information needed to succeed.

Principal Accountabilities

  • · Assist in maintaining and improving sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • · Support the creation and evolution of dashboards and KPIs for sales leaders.
  • · Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales data.
  • · Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
  • · Contribute to projects such as territory mapping, quota tracking, and incentive analysis.
  • · Promote effective use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and support adoption efforts.
  • · Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation projects.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.

  • · 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a similar role
  • · Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • · Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • · Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear, actionable insights.
  • · Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • · Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Nice to have:

  • · Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
  • · Familiarity with data visualisation tools
