FastMile Logistics LLC is actively hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages in the Rochester area.

We are an independent company that partners with Amazon to deliver packages safely and on time. We are building a strong team from the ground up and are looking for dependable delivery drivers who want consistent work, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

As a Delivery Driver you will:

• Load and organize your delivery vehicle before starting your route.
• Safely deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses.
• Use a company device for navigation, delivery instructions, and delivery confirmation.
• Follow customer instructions and provide courteous service.
• Communicate with dispatch and assist teammates with additional deliveries when assigned.
• Follow vehicle inspection, safe-driving, and package-handling procedures.

This is a physically active job involving frequent walking, stairs, and getting into and out of a delivery vehicle. Routes can involve 200–280 or more packages, depending on daily volume. You’ll work outdoors in changing Rochester weather and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Schedule:

• Day shift (10:30AM-9:00PM)
• 8–10 hour shifts
• 4–5 days per week
• Consistent full-time hours 40+ per week
• One weekend day required

Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Military veterans are welcome!
• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

*Sign-on bonus eligibility: The $1,000 sign-on bonus is available to qualifying newly hired delivery drivers operating at our DRO2 location who complete their first route during Amazon’s Weeks 46–49 of 2026 and at least 16 routes during Weeks 50–52 of 2026. Applicants must not have completed routes for our company within the 90 days before the eligibility period begins. Helpers are not eligible. The bonus is subject to eligibility verification and applicable tax withholding and will be paid by Amazon’s Week 4 of 2027. Employment is with our company, an independent Delivery Service Partner, rather than Amazon.
