Job Description

As our Head of Marketing, you will spearhead Farther’s growth strategy. You’ll own go-to-market positioning, collaborate with sales and client success teams to ensure growth and retention goals are met, and drive our product strategy. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, metrics-driven marketing, and storytelling on top of a deep sense of ownership over both execution and results. 

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own Farther’s go-to-market positioning and messaging
  • Analyze user data and feedback to glean actionable insights and work with product and engineering to turn these insights into a more user centric product
  • Collaborate closely with advisory team to arm them with messaging and tools that showcase and amplify Farther’s unique model and differentiation
  • Define content strategy, sales enablement materials, and email marketing to drive leads through the acquisition funnel
  • Prioritize and optimize growth channels to improve performance
  • Scale and automate growth processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years experience in product marketing at a high growth consumer or B2B2C tech startup
  • History of both strategy development and tactical implementation of go-to-market plans
  • Experience developing positioning and messaging for products that serve multiple use cases and personas
  • History of cross-functional collaboration as well as proven ability to act autonomously
  • Strong communication, story-telling and presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Strong command of social media, search, and display platforms and CRM tools
  • Entrepreneurial and creative with a break-through-walls attitude
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment
