Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, independent, and organized Recruiter to help strengthen our candidate network and team talent. He or she will also administer the company’s agent referral program and implement new continuous improvement processes. The Recruiter will develop and execute active and passive candidate recruiting systems to attract and hire top talent for our DDHQ team.

Recruiter Job Duties:

  • Attract and reach out to suitable candidates through our ATS and CRM, online employment forums, cold calling, social media posts, etc.
  • Sort through applicants, assess resumes and profiles, and schedule and conduct screening 
  • Promote the company's reputation throughout the application process
  • Recommend recruiting, interviewing, training and selection process and procedure changes to management

Qualifications

  • Must have prior sales and presentation experience to individuals and small groups
  • 2-5 years of previous, successful recruiting experience
  • Previous management of a recruitment team is a PLUS, but not required
  • Advanced knowledge of recruiting platforms and CRM's
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly chaning environment

Additional Information

●       A base salary commensurate with experience

●       $60,000-70,000 per year AND potential bonuses of $20,000+ based on performance and goal attainment
