You’ll play an important role in preparing the store for the day ahead by ensuring the department is fully stocked, organized, and presented at a high standard. With a strong attention to detail and a focus on teamwork, you’ll help create the fresh, well merchandised environment Farm Boy is known for, setting the stage for an exceptional shopping experience. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:

• Deliver consistent, high-quality work that supports Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Prepare, package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring products are ready for the next day with high quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Receive, unpack, organize, and replenish product efficiently to maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize shrink.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including: sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated overnight setup and closing procedures to ensure a smooth transition to daytime operations.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• A genuine passion to delivering quality work that supports an exceptional fresh shopping experience.
• Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• The ability to work independently overnight with strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, repetitive heavy lifting and product handling, and work that may be performed in coolers, freezers, or outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
