In this senior role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and leading a variety of creative production and design initiatives including advertisements, store signage, promotional materials, and digital assets while ensuring brand standards and visual consistency are maintained across all channels. Working closely with the Manager of Brand and Design, this role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to execute creative concepts that support marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and enhance the customer experience.   • Develop, execute, and adapt creative assets across print and digital platforms in support of marketing campaigns, promotions, signage, presentations, and other brand initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate print-ready and digital-ready files while ensuring compliance with brand standards, production specifications, and quality expectations.
  • Resize, version, localize, and update creative assets for multiple formats, channels, and audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams, as well as external vendors and partners, to support the timely and effective execution of projects and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on layouts, typography, imagery, file setup, and final deliverables to ensure consistency and production accuracy.
  • Support concept development, creative exploration, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews by contributing innovative and practical design solutions.
  • Create original layouts and visual designs that align with company branding, marketing objectives, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain production files, templates, and digital asset libraries to support workflow efficiency and consistency.
  • Balance creative design with production requirements, operational efficiencies, and project timelines.
  • On-site operational support for new store openings and store launch events.
  • Contribute to overall team success by taking on additional related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field, combined with 7 years of professional graphic design experience, including significant experience in production design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes including prepress, file preparation, colour management, and digital asset specifications.
  • Experience working within established brand standards and managing high-volume creative asset production.
  • Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual communication skills across print and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to receive feedback and implement revisions efficiently and effectively.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong creative design capabilities and production execution experience.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that involves extended periods of sitting, repetitive movement or tasks, frequent computer use that may cause eye strain, and working amid open-office noise and interruptions.  
  • May also require occasional use of measuring tools, small ladders, and utility knives, as well as flexibility to travel for day trips or short stays with reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
