You’ll be responsible for producing time sensitive print and digital design materials, including: advertisements, Tier 2 store signage, and other promotional assets. This role supports the Marketing team by upholding brand standards and ensuring all materials are delivered accurately and on schedule. A strong service mindset and collaborative approach are essential in supporting employees, customers, and partners. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:

• Produce approved store signage, product tags, and other marketing materials for distribution across all store locations.
• Create digital assets, including social media advertisements and simple GIF animations.
• Adapt and revise approved designs to meet various formats, applications, and size specifications.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files, including: brand standards, templates, and design assets.
• Collaborate with various Marketing teams to support a variety of design initiatives.
• Assist senior Graphic Designers with brainstorming, concept development, and presentations.
• Contribute to overall team success by taking on additional related responsibilities as needed.

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or a related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience in a design environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Asana is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong proofreading and follow-up practices.
• A flexible, supportive team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Retail industry experience is considered an asset.
• Comfortable working in an environment involves extended periods of sitting, repetitive movement or tasks, frequent computer use that may cause eye strain, and working amid open-office noise and interruptions.  
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
