Job Description

  • Responsible for customizing the plan according to strategies of the Global key accounts (Top IVD companies), and coordinating the team to complete the sales target.
  • According to the company's overseas market strategic layout, conduct breakthroughs in new R&D projects for the top IVD customers, improving Fapon’s visibility and reputation in the high-end IVD market.
  • Collect and feedback information on competitors and market dynamics
  • Maintain good relationships with industry KOLs and Academic related organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and above, Biotechnology, bioengineering and other related majors.
  • At least 5 years of sales/ product /R&D experience in IVD raw materials/reagents or instruments. Familiar with special need the people from the top 15 IVD companies in the world or the raw materials companies in Europe or U.S.
  • Have an excellent cooperative relationship with IVD companies in the world, familiar with the enterprise R&D decision-making process or familiar with the decision-making key person is preferred.
  • English-speaking, willing to adapt to and grow in a multi-national Chinese company.
